The Program Management (PM) School’s curriculum will address your organization’s ability to meet those three priorities.
Students will learn how to define mission needs and user needs that will drive their agency to being customer focused.
Students will learn the how to ensure that projects meet their financial, timeline, and performance goals established.
Students will learn how to manage programs not individual unconnected projects; they will learn how to develop long range planning and incorporate best practices and future capabilities into the ways their program serves their stakeholders.
The PM School features a competency based modular approach, organized by Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) certification level, with a combination of both learning and application. Our training is built upon a few key beliefs:
The curriculum ensures that your agency has the most qualified program management cadre and includes competency assessment, classroom and online learning, coaching and mentoring, on-the-job qualification development, assignment-specific courses, training toward FAC-P/PM certification and continuing education. Each certification level — entry, mid, and senior — ends with a capstone course designed as a practical examination to ensure graduates can perform at the requisite level for success.
