Workshop IV - Program Controlling & Monitoring


This three-day workshop provides project/program and acquisition professionals with the critical management practices that are essential in the oversight and execution of their investment.  The management artifacts developed from this workshop will be—

  • Program Control Dashboards
  • Corrective Action Plans and Methodologies
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Communication Management

The lead facilitator, along with all contributing project team members, will work collaboratively on the development of these formal management artifacts for their unique project/program/investment.  Additionally, the team will engage in leadership practices necessary for the successful execution of these artifacts.

All accessible project data will be discussed and organized into formal management artifacts. Once the preliminary artifacts have been developed, all unresolved items will be documented and a Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM) will be developed to establish accountability for resolving the open items prior to the delivery of workshop #5.
