Performance Excellence (PE) provides cross-functional analysis, diagnostics, learning and performance interventions, support and follow up for the entire acquisition community.  PE training offerings will include opportunities to bring the entire acquisition team together to optimize performance of the acquisition ecosystem.  This occurs through interdisciplinary learning opportunities and organizational improvement interventions.  PE initiatives support current and future acquisition related culture change initiatives and promote a data driven culture.
